After a very long wait for my shoes to arrive to store, I went to pick them up and to my surprise they were used and worn out. It was also a surprise to the store staff as they said these shoes should have been scrapped. I didn’t know how a store like Macy’s do such a disgusting act.
The pictures do not tell the story. They look “ok” in person. But sizing is WAY off. Ordered a 12 to be safe and they measure like a 10 US Mens. I also happened to be shipped a pair that looked extremely creased / worn on the top.
