Third Party Seller - Do NOT buy!
This is being sold from a third party seller which I should have paid attention to. I never received the product and when I contacted Macy’s I was told I’d be getting a refund. I did not. I contacted them again and was told the previous refund didn’t get processed but a refund was being issued now. I still didn’t receive a refund. I received an email a week later from the third party seller stating that the earrings were out of stock but that they could ship a new pair in two weeks. Or, if I’d prefer, I could have a full refund. Why did Macy’s tell me I’d be getting a refund when in fact, I wasn’t. Why is the third party seller contacting me directly when I ordered and paid through Macy’s? I should be getting a refund through them and not talk to the third party seller since clearly the seller is not reliable to ship the product. Long story short, beware of third party sellers on Macy’s website and avoid at all costs. Also shame on Macy’s for telling me TWICE that a refund would be issued and that was not going to be the case. It’s very shady. Now I just hope the third party seller does issue me a refund.
