Journee Collection Women's Gretchenn Multi Strap Mary Jane Slingback Flats

I wore these to an outdoor concert at Sundance Mountain Resort without realizing that I would be hiking about 1/4 mile on a dirt trail to get to the venue. I thought my feet would be killing me and my new shoes would be destroyed, but to my astonishment these babies we're shockingly comfortable, and both the structure and finish of the shoe withstood the elements. These have quickly become my favorite summer staple in my shoe collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been struggling to find a cute AND comfortable shoe for my wedding this August. I had tried quite a few pairs or tennis shoes, skater shoes, flats, and heels--but these are the perfect shoes for my big day. They fit extremely well, the only slight concern, is there is a bit of space in front of my toes that makes them feel a tiny bit too big.

These shoes are gorgeous & fit perfectly! I can't wait to wear them for wedding day!

Depending upon the style, I normally wear anywhere from a 7 to 8 WIDE in women's dress shoes. This Gretchenn Multi Strap Slingback Flat by by Journee is absolutely beautiful, and also it really is a truly WIDE shoe which is hard to find, but it has a fatal design flaw. Simply put, the placement, and length/design of the back heel strap does not keep your foot forward into the shoe at all, in fact between the place that it is sewn on the shoe and the size/length of the heel strap itself, allows your heel to move a full 3 inches off the back of the shoe, thus your toes completely come out of the front of the shoe when you try to walk in these shoes. If you just sit down and keep your foot pushed all the way into the shoe, they are great... but as soon as you try to walk in them, game over. This is such a shame because it is really hard to find beautiful, comfortable, truly wide shoes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my shoes! They fit perfectly and held up well despite the terrible weather (pouring rain) I wore them in. I will wear them over and over again and plan to get a pair for my daughter who admired them as much as I do.

Bought this pair for one of 2 family weddings I have in Fall. Love style since I’m a senior & need flats…great fit.

I have not received the shoes so I cannot rate the product. Disappointed that it is taking so long to have them delivered. If they are on back order, it would have been nice to be notified.

Nice color. Terrible design. In a size 12 these looked cuckoo - comically long. Also, straps across the top and ankle were so large, like for elephant feet. The toes also had tons of space above. It was bad all around.
