I bought two sets - one king and one queen. They are way too soft, not much there at all. And they do not fit properly in a king and queen pillowcase. They are too small. I bought the gel thinking they would be a little firmer than the regular, cheaper ones

I am always trying to find pillows that will help me. I’ve been through a lot of pillows in the last six months. I was nervous to give these a try, I also made sure to follow the instructions on how long to give them to get to their shape. So far no complaints.

There must be quality control issues with these pillows. The ones I got are very flat. I previously bought a pair from the same manufacturer and love them. Im sending them back. Too sad. 😔

FAIL the pillows are flat, no bounce back and I ball them up to sleep. I even put them in the dryer to fluff them up . So disappointed with this purchase
