Ninja Hot & Iced XL Coffee Maker with Rapid Cold Brew CM371

I’ve only had the Ninja for about a week but it’s by far the best coffee maker I’ve ever had. I’m not a fan of single cup coffee makers so I felt this was the next best thing. You can brew directly into your travel cup or mug while also being able to brew a whole pot! The over ice option is delicious as it brews slowly enough to not completely melt the ice! So far this Ninja is a 10/10 and worth the money!

I like my coffee brewed and *strong* . This is the only coffee maker I know of that gives so much control over brew strength. Before I found it, my only alternative was a manual pour-over.

Got this coffee maker from my in laws for Mother’s Day and I’ve used it every single morning since! Not only is it the fastest brewing coffee maker I’ve ever owned, but it’s the easiest as well! It has so many neat features that I have found super helpful! From the reusable filter to the drip stop ability, and even the knob to adjust brewing amount based on how much you’re wanting to make! It’s the best! Definitely a this mom new best friend each morning!

I’ve owned Ninja coffee makers for years and recently purchased a new one to replace my previous model that broke after about six years of use. Unfortunately, I’m really disappointed in the quality of this newer model. Compared to my previous Ninja coffee makers, this one feels noticeably cheaper and less durable. The materials and overall construction do not feel nearly as sturdy or well made as the older models. I’ve always liked Ninja products, which is why I chose to purchase another one, but this definitely feels like a downgrade in quality. For the price, I expected the same solid quality I’ve experienced with Ninja in the past. Unfortunately, this one did not meet those expectations.

I bought this as a replacement to my 2018 CP307 version. Pros: 1) bigger tank. Can go 4 days on a travel mug without filling. 2) wider carafe make filling the tank easier and faster, and clear more visible. 3) last unit didn’t have warming plate (not used yet, but will be nice for full pot) Cons: 1) construction doesn’t feel as sturdy. The scoop feels flimsy vs last one (should have kept mine). And I don’t like the drip stop switch. 2) no tea basket (will miss that feature) or frother (less so) 3) wider, but less deep, so had to reconfigure my countertop arrangement. ***4) This is the big one: I have brewed on the rich cycle for 8 years now. A few months ago I went from the travel cycle to the travel XL cycle and switched from a 16oz mug to a 20oz mug and life has been good. This new machine (and NINJA, why??) brews less coffee in the the Rich cycle than before, by over an 1oz (I checked). So I have a big void in my mug now. I tried the regular cycle vs rich cycle and while the volume is there, the quality isn’t. WHY NINJA, WHY??? You lose a star for that! Make a hardware upgrade and send it, please!!

I love the Ninja brand and was excited to go back to traditional brewed coffee. Fast shipping and great price!

Classic coffee maker - easy to use - versatile for cold brews - healthier than using plastic pods

This was a warranty replacement machine from ninja. The first one was replaced because the burner would not heat the coffee pot and they no longer produced it. Upon arrival, this one stopped short of making a full carafe of coffee. No matter what I do, it makes about 2/3 of the pot. I will not be purchasing any more of their gear.

Getting the cold brew option to work correctly has proven difficult. So far have not been able to get it to work. Would not recommend.

we just received our Ninja replacement as the older one wore out I like the new enhancements of using ounces instead of cup size I do wish the contrast on the lower buttons was better like the older version as they are harder to see when you wake up in the morning
