The shoe is very comfortable but I only use them in the office, they do not get used outside and leather is very damaged after a few uses. Visible scratches and tear of the leather.

Comfortable for daily wear.

I went into the store looking for dress sandals and ran across these and the 6.5 medium fit to a tee. I usually wear a 7 or 7.5 medium. Theses shoes are a nice leather, very comfortable and the heel is just right to wear all day or all night.

Nice shoes, but I don’t know how Macy can send products that are in such poor condition. Shoes has scratches and dents; it should be worn away

I'm a size 9 so I ordered nine because all the reviews said the shoes are true to size. Nope, they are huge. So then I Ordered 8.5 and 8 and even 7.5 were very large. Their is something very off about these shoes. Even had my sister try them. She wears 7.5 and 7.5 were too big..I returned all of them. Not sure what Clark's was doing when designing these shoes.

Lovely shoes, comfortable heal ; I may need to exchange for an 8 1/2M because the 9M runs bigger than I need.

I received these shoes, and they appear to be worn. However, I would like to return them because they are not in the condition I expected. For the price I paid, I expected brand new shoes, not used ones. The tip of the shoe is faded, and the bottom is worn out. There was even hair in the shoe itself.

This shoe is very poor quality. The leather on both tipos is peeling off> After i wore them a few times the leather started to peel off. Looks ugly. Can not wear them

After purchasing and returning 5 pairs of beige pumps (unfortunately Macys stores have very little inventory), I finally found the perfect pumps. Stylish, comfortable, and the heel height is just right!
