It was made well but I took it back because it was too small.

it glides smoothly and was comfortable to use because of the big zipper handles. It was surprisingly able to fit a lot of items due to all of the pockets and durability. The compartments were perfect size for various accessories and two of the accessory bags were able to be detached.

It’s got a lot of nice amenities like a sturdy ziplock attached to the inside for toiletries and a zipped interior pocket for wet garments. Spins great, perfect size

Get this bag! Great quality & look. This is my 2nd Ricardo carry on bag as I liked the durability, compartments, expanding for more space. These wheels are so easy to maneuver in any direction.

I’ve had Ricardo brands before. We have one that’s 20 years old that’s still holding up. Recommend and bought this for my daughter who loves it. Very well made, versatile and lots of storage compartments. She liked it so much she bought one for her husband. Buy it you won’t regret it.

I purchased this bag a week ago and took it on my first trip it's really not a sturdy bag for flight attendant travel it falls over so I don't know if the handle or the wheels are not just dirty enough to stand on its own but even if I place my other bag on top it just tilts over so it's not a real durable bag I wish I had purchased a durable bag and they return this to Macy's
