GH Bass Men's Venetian Weejuns® Loafer

It was not a pleasant experience- i paid extra for express delivery & never received the shoes. I would track the shoes daily & the tracking was not accurate at all. When call the first time I was told that receive the shoes that evening & that someone will call me the next day to follow up to make sure things were in order. I never got the call. I had to call because the tracking app stated that the shoes arrive. Then it stated that I was return to send. Then that they arrived again. When I called no one was able to give me a clear answer. The only solution that I was given was to get a refund. What I wanted was the shoes. It’s over a week & still no call. I was really hoping to give a positive review about the shoes & about the experience with Macys but unfortunately I have nothing good to say.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fit. Pairs perfectly with worn/distressed denim or madra bermudas. Would like for them to have a less glossly finished. Ideally, wish Bass still made the original ox blood with the matte finish.
