This suitcase is a wonderful combination of good looks, sturdiness, a lot of luggage volume even though it is a suitcase that I can board and stow it in the compartments inside the plane cabin.

This carry-on plus is a wonderful suitcase! It moves very smoothly and is easy to maneuver. It is easy to carry and if necessary, can easily be expanded for additional packing room and still fits in the overhead compartment which is awesome! I am thrilled with this purchase!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent suitcase with exceptionally smooth rolling wheels and a lightweight design. I purchased the Business/Plus size, which is slightly larger than the standard carry-on model while still meeting most carry-on requirements (23" vs 21"?). One thing to note: on a recent Delta flight, the bag would not fit in the overhead bin when placed on its zipper side as instructed by the crew. I had to lay it flat to make it fit. While this wasn't a major issue, it's something to consider if you regularly fly on aircraft with smaller overhead bins. If you travel frequently within Europe, where airlines often enforce stricter carry-on dimensions, the smaller version may be the safer choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very light but sturdy carry on. I bought one a couple years ago, used it often and love it so much I bought this one to replace an old Samsonite. This new one is even better since it is expandable.

Victorinox is my ‘go-to’ for luggage for the past decade. Never disappointed!

I've had an old Victorinox Mobilizer 22'' suitcase for about 20 years and I loved it. It was small enough to be a carry on and could expand and be large enough to be a suitcase. It stretched like rubber and I managed to pack so much in there and it had amazing capacity. But after 20 years it started to show its age and I went in search of a new suitcase, so naturally I went back to Victorinox. This one was the closest I could find. It's OK but comparing it to the old one, it falls short. A few gripes. One, after the first flight where I used it as a carry on, it got scratched and dinged to much. I expected better. Two, when you expand the case and fill it up and want to zip up the expanded compartment, you have to lift up the other side of the case because otherwise it pulls down on the expanded part and makes it near impossible to zip it up. Three, it doesn't expand as much as my old case so it's actually a smaller capacity suitcase and that's just sad for me. Unfortunately, I don't think anyone out there makes anything similar to what I used to have any more. You either buy a carry on or you have to buy a bigger suitcase to check in. So instead of one, you end up with two suitcases. Other than that, it's very light and easy to navigate and seems to be made well. Victorinox, how I wish you would make the Mobilizer NXT 3.0 22'' again! I would buy it in a heartbeat. For now, I have to make do with this one.
