Marcella Women's Linwood Asymmetric Zip Cowl-Collar Sweatshirt Jacket

Nothing sweatshirt like about this. Shiny poly fabric belongs on a rapper. Super gross with a cheesy feel.

The size chart said my size was XXL, but the fit was too tight to wear anything but a camisole underneath. Arms are cut very slim and run long. Otherwise, it’s well-made. I’ll try the XXXL if it comes back in stock.

This was... not great. Of the items I ordered it felt the highest quality in terms of construction, but looked the worst. The sizing made no sense and as a result it was somehow both overly fitted and frumpy. Material felt nice but the asymmetrical top pieces overlapped weirdly up top, and near the bottom the pockets made my hips/stomach look lumpy. Returning was easy, just the small fee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fabulous jacket - not your average sweatshirt! The fabric is warm and soft, the styling is so much more than an average sweatshirt. Its more like a well made jacket, with an interesting zipper and neckline. My only suggestion would be to make the pockets a little larger. Otherwise, I am delighted with my purchase!

If I’m buying a sweatshirt I expect to be able to throw it into the dryer 😑 None of the Marcella cloths I’ve purchased can be put in the dryer. I bought this to try to up my loungewear style as a mom of two and not being able to use the dryer is really inconvenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this jacket but the fit is high waisted on me, and the material is light weight and kind of flimsy from my expectation.

A lovely, well-made, high quality item. The fabric is beautiful, and the fit is very good. I’m still trying to decide if the style is quite right for me, but it works out for a layering item in the Bay Area’s climate. The staff at the Fillmore Street store could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was a great experience to shop there. I bought a medium, usually take a small.
