When I received the shoes, it does state that they are size 11. But they are clearly not, they are more like a size 10. My toes are touching the tips, I generally wear 10 and a 1/2 and I have plenty of room.
Great shoes! A little more narrow than I anticipated (gift for 15 year old son) but loves them and said that they are very comfortable, especially after "breaking them in"

Shoes were tagged as size 13 and they did not fit. I own several pairs and these are not the proper size they must have been tagged incorrectly
