Glitzhome 16" H Set of 3 Metal Bird Pick

I have being a customer for years. I was not only disconcerted, but afraid of continuing with Macy's after I informed the customer service department that merchandize I ordered never arrived. They responded by writing that "as a retailer, we must balance the needs of the customer with protecting our business and our brand". The customer service department was also very dismissive of the situation by stating " While the outcome of this matter may be disappointing, we hope you understand the logic behind it." What logic are they talking about? What are the telling me? I have always being a loyal and trustworthy person and I am insulted by what the customer service is implying. I did my own investigating and saw that Macy's had another account in my name that I was never informed about or asked for it to be opened. An old e-mail address was also being used that I asked to be closed seven years ago. This is a very difficult situation and I will close the Macys account after it is resolved.

These are really cute. They are a bit smaller than I'd like my yard metal art to be, but were at a good price so I'll be happy to display them.

These birds are so colorful and provide a pop to my garden. I liked them so much that I bought more.
