When cooking a brisket before it was always a hit or miss, with this, nailed it.

We had 2 probes in the ham we were smoking and the Ninja probe was 15-20 degrees off. Not impressed because my food would have been way over cooked. I own quite a few ninja products and normally love it but this one not happy at all

Thermometer pen will not stay locked into the charging unit, leading to an unusable thermometer when I am ready to cook. Poor blutooth connection and App is slow and unstable. Charging unit uses aaa battery instead of rechargeable, and due to the pen not locking correctly, has lead to multiple wasted batteries. Overall, this unit is worse than any cheaper brand ive used and I will not recommend it to anyone.

The app really needs some work. Total cook timer needs to be added. More meat customizations are also needed, with the ability to adjust the temperature in a custom cook.

My wife bought me this for Christmas. Absolute garbage. I can be 5 feet away from it and close the oven door, lost connection. Use it on the BBQ and close the lid, lost connection. It was past 90 days when I finally got to try it, so couldn't return it to Canadian Tire. What will Ninja do?

Problems with connectivity: Everytime I want to use the thermometer I have to pair it to the app again. It's very frustrating.

The first night I bought this thermometer I used it on the Turkey I was roasting. It told me that the turkey was done when it was still raw. Very disappointed. Will be returning

Doesn't work after a year. Need to log in to use a thermometer

Perfect! The app was easy to load and understand. We will be getting a lot of use of this product.
