Works Great
The suction is strong. Plate stays right where it's placed. The only feature I was disappointed in was not being able to microwave. Food got cold within a minute or so.

Damon outsmarted his suction plates & bowls
We love the product,Damon is 22 months old,the youngest of 9 grandkids and is the first to figure out how to get his suction plates & bowls unstuck 30 seconds after they placed in front of him.He puts a hand on each side and spins them off their suction like a DJ spinning records.

Good, but too small for and adult's meals
It sticks firmly to smooth surfaces, which is good; but if it is set on a surface containing crumbs of food etc., it will pick these up and no longer stick. But it works again after being washed off. It comes with a circle of plastic film on its bottom, which nicely keeps it from sticking to places where it is stored etc.; but being colorless and transparent, the circle is easily lost; it would be better if it were colored. It was recommended by a doctor for use by my disabled wife (this is her husband filling out the questionnaire in her name), but it is designed for little children, and much too small for an adult's meal. But we are using it for her snacks and desserts.
