[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to take turmeric pills and intentionally use turmeric in my cooking to take advantage the benefits of circumin, but in my research found that Turmeric only contains about 2–6% curcumin, and only about 2–3% of that may end up in the bloodstream. I found these NOW supplements that are much more potent. Great for cognitive health!

I can't say that it helped tremendously, especially from only taking one bottle. But this is something that I'd purchase again to see how it helps
