Love it .

Not even the item I purchased I purchased a 2 pack therapeutic pilllows but this 1 flat little pillow is all that came so yes very disappointed definitely will not order online again for Macys

This is NOT a cooling pillow. The pillow literally has a plastic feeling, rubbery cover. No way it will be cool to sleep on. Also, the pillow was folded and shipped in a box that was way too small. It was a mess all around. I expect better from Macy’s.

I've been using this pillow for a week now, and overall, very impressed. It provides excellent support for my neck and head without feeling too firm or too soft. The material feels high quality and keeps its shape throughout the night. I've noticed fewer neck aches in the morning, and it stays comfortable whether I sleep on my back or side. The pill also doesn't trap heat, which is a big plus for me. This is the most comfortable pillow I've owned. I highly recommend this product.
