Why is Macy’s cancelling my order when the blue shoe size 5 that I ordered is clearly in stock per their website WHAT IS HAPPENING??? I have no shoe to give a fair rating the 1 star is for the poor service

Purchased this shoe 2 times. Both times it was in stock and in fact, says it’s in stock now but then they’ve cancelled my order both times. WHAT IS HAPPENING Macys? Will not be purchasing anything else from here again. This is ridiculous. Bought 2x in stock, and it was cancelled both times. Typing this it says my size is in stock — BEWARE of buying it!!!!

The 34th Women's Kasandra Bow Loafers are very comfortable, durable nice grip, fit and finish of the loafers. love the patent leather navy blue and the bow which is not to big just right on the shoe.

I purchased one black and one navy blue. (patent leather)The shoes arrived fast. They fit well (size 7) and were very comfortable to walk. Two navy blue arrived but one was scuffed on the side and worn on the bottom. Felt like the stitching would not last long. I returned them both because I wanted the same shoe in different colors. 😆
Have been looking at similar shoes for awhile but unable to find them in my size! So happy to actually find a size 5 shoe available and so wish you could stock more!
