Did not arrive on time for Christmas even though it was ordered with plenty of time and the status stated it would arrive on time. Very disappointing.

This frame is amazing and easy to use. I received it in the mail and was able to download the app on my phone and within a few minutes I logged in and was able to transfer my pictures to the frame without having any issues. I loved the fact that the photos from my phone could be digitally stored and displayed on the frame I decided to purchase a couple more to show more of my favorite photos and have around the house. I would definitely recommend.
I purchased these a few times already. Makes for great gifts. My daughter got married and uploaded all her wedding pictures, honeymoon pictures and misc pictures. They love it. My Goddaughter just got engaged and it was a perfect gift for their proposal pictures she can enjoy viewing. They don’t have any challenges uploading them from their phone. Perfect size frame. One in silver other in gold. Both look very elegant.
Nice and simple
I like the frame overall for its purpose, but in my opinion, not very user-friendly. Unfortunately, the space where you are supposed to be able to insert a USB drive to upload pictures is very small and the USB drive does not fit. The other option is a lengthy process of loading photos on your phone and then using the Frameo app on your phone to send the pictures to the frame, very time consuming. Also disappointed that the frame doesn’t have a battery and has to be plugged into an outlet to work, limits where you can place it. Apparently most of these digital frames are that way but I think it’s a bad design.
I was unable to plug any type if device into the frame. Tried USB C, micro SD cards, etc. In other wirds I could not transfer any photos to the frame and I tried different wsys over a 2 week period. Also the pot at the back is also very awkwardly located. Very hard to insert any device.
The Frameo App is easy to use and seamlessly functioned between my Android phone and the digital frame. It indicates that there's alot of storage and I hope to be adding many more. So far, so good.
