Product was never sent. They sent out a tracking number but never actually shipped the item. Next thing I know they sent me my money back with no explination. Maybe it was out of stock? No comments made.
I haven’t received it yet and it’s been over a week. I was also charged 3 times instead of once for the suit.

I retuned this outfit April 26th in SLC store. I still Haven’t been refunded for it. I haven’t had one seamless interaction with Macys. It seems like their return policy is ridiculous. It has almost been a month and their third party vendor has had the return for 3 weeks. Why haven’t they sent my refund?
If you buy this item and you return the item it’s going to be headed to get your refund or credit back and Macy’s it’s not going to help to get your refund back until the seller returns the funds back.
