Women's Dot City Rain Boot

Never received my boots only an empty pkg. with a sorry your item was damaged in transit. Went to Macy’s store showed the pkg and also spoke with an agent on the phone in store only to hear this is a third party shipper. So no boots or credit. Very disappointed and will never buy from a third party shipper in the Macy’s app again!

Too heavy for normal use not comfortable at all runs big. Had to return to the store.

I bought about a month and a half ago because my garden boots were all worn out and Macys had these on clearance! I bought and they are thick but flexible rubber boots, perfect for gardening and the rain of course!

Very please with my purchase, the garden boots are very well made and comfortable usually wear shoe size 7 ½ and ordered size 8 for the boots. The colors and design are attractive, have an excellent grip for wet surfaces and are waterproof.

I bought these “Wellies” only because my old pair finally split (likely after years of extreme weather conditions). I didn’t really know what I was getting because I did my shopping for a replacement pair online. Macy’s had the best price. When the boots arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and ruggedness (despite their prettiness). My only complaint is the amount of time it took to ship them to me (there was no in-store pick-up option). Good thing I had those old Wellies with the split during that major January [‘26] snow storm that hit the East. All I need now is another storm to test the new ones out.

These boots were great for 3 weeks. Then they began to leak. When I removed them I discovered that the heels had collapsed and torn open and were discharging dirt, pebbles and rainwater. This was a great disappointment. I will be returning them in person to my local Macys.
