Off color
Not the same pink color stone as shown. The rose gold plating is also off color and the ring itself is rough which makes it seem cheap. The style and size of the ring was good but because of the other things mentioned, I can’t justify keeping this ring.

Fallen gem
When I have received my ring one small gem was already fallen off and it is quite visible. I went for vacation came back and now I can’t return it. Please let me know any alternative way . Thanks
