I am extremely upset!! I have ordered several rings from Macys over the past few months and been very satisfied with all of them. However, my last experience with ordering this ring has been horrible! I received an email on May 5th saying my ring had been delivered. I went down to check my (locked) mailbox and there was not a ring there! I decided to wait a bit because I know sometimes tracking can be marked as delivered a little early before it is actually delivered. Well- there was never a ring delivered to my mailbox, despite the tracking claiming that it was!! I called the customer service number and was told that I would receive an email in a couple days once the refund was initiated. In a couple days I get another email saying that the tracking says the ring was delivered and to check around to see if a neighbor had my ring and if I still didn’t have it in 48 hours to reach out. I NEVER GOT MY RING- I’m extremely angry that I keep getting the runaround. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!!!!
