Poor quality
One tumble and it cracked beyond repair and because it was a gift and I dont have the receipt because how often do.we get the receipt anyway my friend is out her money and I dont have a cup. Sounds like unfair enrichment for the company but what do they care. You should care repeat consumers is a big part of business they you will more than like not see profit from. I WILL NEVER purchase from you and I'll spread the word.
