Gave my son this jacket for Christmas. It is horribly put together. The seams ripped on the side and under both arms also have holes. Quality is terrible for only having less than 2 months. Would not recommend.

I got this as a Christmas gift at first I really liked the fit and design. But the material was poor and made in cheap material, which very surprisingly yet disappointing knowing it’s one from my favorite brand. Few days of wearing it the outside underarm ripped and when washing it as instructed the entire internal of the jacket threads just came out and at this time there’s no fixing it. You can’t sew it or even the tailor wouldn’t want to fix it.

Great coat. Especially love the silky sleeves, so arms can go in and out easily. Easy care fabric on the outside as well, washes beautifully.

The jacket ripped a giant hole down the side after just one month. It has only been washed once and was fine in the wash on delicate. I do not recommend.

The jacket was good and delivered on time. I ordered two items in November 2025. The shoes are still on backorder, and the system shows that 465 pairs were sold on Christmas Day. I contacted customer service twice, and each time I was told to wait. Based on this experience, I would not recommend buying online from Macy’s. The company took my payment but did not deliver the item I purchased and did not provide clear support.
