SimpleComfort™ Compact Soothing Swing - Cassidy ™

My daughter loved this swing, as did I. But sadly, it quit working after only about 4 months. It turns on but only for about 10 seconds then shuts off

I am trying to put together the swing, and they left a red plastic piece on the swing arm assembly, and it is impossible to get off. A black plastic piece is also stuck on the control module assembly. We need a refund or a new swing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This swing is perfect for a new baby girl. It is easy to move around and the swinging and vibration are very soothing. Of course the pink pattern is adorable! It plugs in using a usb cord so it’s very simple to use.
