The order was supposed to be delivered today, and I was waiting for it impatiently. I really need it to put my son in it so he'll be safe. But I was informed that "The receiver refused, the package appeared to be damaged. UPS will notify the sender with the details." I don't know what this means, as I didn't receive it. I’m very sad
I bought this because she just outgrew her bouncy chair. But unless there is something left out of the instructions, there is no toddler chair, just a less reclined bouncer.
