Poor Quality
Less than 2 weeks old & every link has broken sending charms to the floor. Luckily I’ve found them all but wasted so much on this pc. Beautiful yet not durable for long. Not recommended.

Bracelet Was Substituted with a Charm
The bracelet never arrived. Instead they took the charm ordered and placed it in the bracelet box, and they give me an empty charm box. Possible internal theft during store packaging.
