Columbia Plus Size Tamiami Long Sleeve Shirt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought several of these shirts andvthey are great for the golf course. Keeps you cool or as cool as you can get in July in Texas. I plan on buying a couple more. They also dry quickly. I have been buying a 2xl. As i like the fit to be a little loose. I am 74 and 5 ft 5 204 lbs. .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so far my favorite columbia shirt. I love the snap buttons on the button down and the sleeve roll up. The nocturnal color is a beautiful navy color. Fits me well and the fabric, upf and light weight are a win win.

Sleeves are way too short. I don’t have long arms, but even the next size up from my normal size the sleeves are too short. I noticed, too late, even for the model wearing this shirt the sleeves are short.

Bought this shirt for a trip to layer over a wicking shirt. So very disappointed in it because the pockets are white and are not tacked well. I could not wear the shirt unbuttoned because the WHITE pockets inside the shirt showed. Notice that in many of the shirt listings Columbia shows the pockets inside the shirt and how they match the color of the shirt. Not so for this shirt. They do not show the pockets inside the shirt. This is because they cheaply put them in and those pockets show if the shirt isn't buttoned.

I bought this shirt in the dolphin colour- lovely. I knew by locking at the model it would be short in the body and it is. But the quality and workmanship make it a yes for a tall woman like me. The front and sleeves both have snaps which is a plus for rolling the sleeves up. I did size up and it fits loose and perhaps a little longer. The 2x would fit a 46” chest.

I have been wearing Columbia exclusively for the last 5 years. The tops are great for me. UV protection, breathable material, comfort from the hot day to cool evenings. My only gripe. I have a large pile of tops I can no longer wear, due to stains not coming out. Im a bus driver. From the pen I forgot to remove before washing, accidentally leaning against something, to food dropping on my top. The stains don't come out. I have pre washed, soaked, scrubbed, used Oxy Clean and Shout, those remedies. I dont know if its all all possible... but please work on this. I hate to have more around the house shirts, than shirts I can wear out.

Bought this for a hiking adventure in Yellowstone a few weeks ago. The ventilation, zipper pockets and sleeve anchors made the shirt perfect for my needs in very hot daytime conditions, as well as on cooler evenings.
