The handle is not as economic as expected. This knife also dulled extremely quickly. I would not purchase it again.

Amazing knife
I have been working in kitchens for a few years now and I finally decided to get my first "real" knife. This knife is no amazing and is insanely light weight and makes long prep hours effortless.
