Maxi-Cosi® See Pro 360° Baby Monitor

Bought less than 2 years ago. Monitor won’t charge, they won’t replace.

App doesn't work on new android phones and the maxi Cosi app is not available in Canada. There were no indication of this when researching the product

This camera has very poor night vision quality when not connected to wifi. We like to use it not connected to wifi for safety reasons and we cannot even see our baby’s chest rise and fall. I have looked at multiple other cameras in person that do not connect via wifi that offer an extremely clear picture both day and night. This is a major down fall as this is one of the main reasons we use a monitor. Not impressed.

I bought this about a year ago. It worked great until about 2 months ago. The portable monitor only charges if you hold the cord a certain way. Now it says its fully charged (if you hold the cord a certain way) but as soon as you unplug it, or the cord moves, it dies. Very disappointing since ive only had it for about a year. Camera works great though. Great picture!

Terrible quality. The parent monitor dies in about 45 minutes. Now it needs to be plugged in constantly to work. Go with another baby monitor. The cry assist really isn’t anything but stressful and not helpful.

Everything works fine except the main purpose of this product - the monitor screen gets offline and disconnects to the camera every few minutes! It’s disappointing and frustrating because we spend a lot of money for it. Hope someone from the support will see it and help us

I loved this monitor and then the parent screen stopped holding a charge. We thought it was just a one time thing and since we liked the monitor we decided to get another one. We have had the new one for a few months and now the parent screen is all black and won’t turn on. It’s extremely frustrating as this is the device we use for babysitters as we didn’t want them having access on their phones. There needs to be a major update or fix to this parent screen, we have to now consider a different brand for monitors.

I received this See Pro 360 baby monitor in exchange for an honest review from Steller product testing Panel. I absolutely love it for my 3rd child. I have used two other brands in the past that I did not like. I love the parent screen that is clear, doesn't disconnect, and has many features. I also love that you can view the monitor from your phone while you are out and about or at work. It was so easy to set up, gives a clear picture in both day and night and you can view it at home or on the go. I have used it both baby's room and the play room for my older children. The baby cry notifications allow you to be notified when a cry is detected and I was able to quickly check my screen to make sure my child was being taken care of when I was out of the home. I have already recommended this monitor to friends! I did not utilize the AI technology as my child already sleeps through the night and I know his signals but I love that the family connect app has features to track feedings, diaper changes, diaries etc so only one app is needed for everything. If you are looking for an easy to use, clear picture, versatile monitor, the See Pro 360 is it!

We received this camera through the Stellar Panel. This is one of the best baby monitors! It's super helpful with the cry assist, the image is fantastic and clear while being able to see the whole room. It was easy to set up and the app is super friendly! The sound quality was spot on! Unlike most cameras this one is spot on, there was absolutely no delay! The cry assist was super helpful to us. The parent display was super easy to use and very convenient. The feature that we absolutely loved was that the camera was a 360° because most cameras just stay in one place and this one you could see the entire room! I highly recommend buying this camera! We absolutely love it!

I absolutely love this! We have it mounted but we also use it with the table top feature. We had built a new outside shed but it was too windy to have little man outside with us. I was able to relocate the camera to his play area on the floor and take the parent screen with me outside. I could hear and see everything, he even fell asleep while we finished the shed. At night you can see perfectly, I can hear if he is having issues with reflux even though he had silent reflux it alerts me. I received this product through Stellar Product Testing Panel and I'm so glad I did. It's an amazing product and perfect for parents and babies! It was very easy to set up and very easy to use, the camera moves seamlessly and the sound is very clear. Wi-Fi is easy to set up but not needed in order to use.
