The item says delivered and I never received it. I feel really scammed, just glad it wasn't an expensive item. Tracking says it went back to the sender, I have NEVER experienced this, so I don't know, it's very weird. Wish I could give zero stars.

I returned merchandise to Macys in june and my refund money was supposed to come from a 2nd party I never got the refund. Make sure when you buy things from Macy that you can return to macys, and Macys is responsible getting your money back
