Nice modern ring
I love this ring with one exception. It is gold plated over sterling silver. The stone is just beautiful and the band is so modern and different. Why they plated it is beyond me. Yes, I know that makes it more affordable, but it is less durable. I love this ring and am on the fence on whether to return it. It is so pretty in person. Not sure if Effy is starting a newer affordable line, but I so wish this was 14K or even 10K gold.
