UNIKOME Oversized Lightweight Satin Trim Feather and Down Blanket, King

I purchased this blanket thinking it would be a soft comfortable cover, however it was hard and not comfortable. The blanket felt like a moving blanket that you would use to cover furniture. I am returning the blanket and will look for a silk like fabric blanket. Macys is really good about letting you return items you do not like, so I will try again to find the right product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nicely and neatly packaged. Arrived at a decent time. Very nice weight to it. I love the feel and texture of the material. The satiny lining is soft and gives a nice touch, but I wish it wasn't so thin. I'm not sure if I have an allergy to feathers but, so far so good. The quality of the stitching seems decent as well. And even though it says to wash, I will dry clean instead. I'm on the fence about the size. It stated the blanket was a king. I have a pillowtop queen bed and a foam topper due to chronic pain. And that seemed to take away the width. Usually king blankets and comforters touch the floor. This looks more like a queen when on my bed. But it may the because of the extra cushions I have. Just adding that as a note in case someone may wonder what size to get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a king sized blanket on a queen sized bed. I prefer this so it drapes beautifully over the sides. Now for thickness, this is a down “blanket” but definitely is more of a comforter. I have other down blankets and none are as fluffy as this one. It’s incredibly warm but not in an overheating way. The material itself is a little odd; has an almost vinyl feel which some may not like. I ultimately don’t mind it as much as I thought I would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lightweight feather and down blanket has honestly upscaled my sleeping arrangement. It is so comfortable, lightweight, warm and cool and keeps it's fluff. I love the added satin trim that gives it an expensive appearance. I've used on cold night and stayed warm and used on warm nights and stayed cool. Perfect to layer into your bedding or insert into duvet cover.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly wanted to love the Unikome Oversized Lightweight Satin Trim King Size Feather and Down Blanket and I did at first but the quality was REALLY bad. At first the blanket was so soft and comfortable and I followed the care instructions carefully because improper care can cause a feather blanket to leak feathers everywhere but it still did. This blanket is affordable but sometimes affordability equates to a cheaper quality and material and this blanket is a prime example. I'm STILL picking feathers off of my clothing

I absolutely love this lightweight feather and down blanket! First off, it looks great with both my whitewash headboard and my dark blue sheets, so I can use it year round. The satin trim is such a nice touch. It is truly lightweight, as I was able to easily make my king size bed alone where with normal comforters I need help to wrangle everything into place. Once it was all made, we got to try it out! I always get nervous to sleep under new blankets because they can wreck a night's sleep. This baby didn't disappoint though. Oh no! It kept us warm in the cold house but it was not too much that it smothered us. I wish this came in a twin size so I could put it on the small beds as well, but will most likely buy the smaller size and just have it be big!

The only down fall i found, where we live the air is very dry this time of year so there was some static build up on the blanket and my hair clung to the satin edge alot.
