I love this massage roller ball because it fits in my hand and retains the cold for a very long time. I have a torn rotator cuff and the pain travels down my arm so this is very convenient to roll from my shoulder up and down my arm. I also use it on the back of my neck when I have a headache and the pain dissipates quickly. You won't be disappointed if you purchase this.
Easy to use. Comfortable for my hand because it doesn't get cold. Only thing is the cold doesn't last very long even if I owns it the the freezer for a few days.

I generally do a lot of walking when i travel and this is so nice to have to spot treat any soreness i may experience. It easily fits in a mini fridge in a hotel room and still gets nice and chilly.

You have the option of using it on your skin room temperature or taking the top part off and putting the ball in the freezer to add more relief when you are using the product. This roller ball is easy to take apart and clean. I definitely recommend this product if you need to relieve tension from sore muscles.

I am not a sporty person nor do I suffer from chronic pains, but I have used this upon experiencing soreness following my workouts. I do think that this product helps with short-term soreness and I enjoy the cooling effect it has. I have tested this from the freezer, fridge, and room temperature. I think the fridge is my favorite as it retained its cooling effect longer. The freezer was much too cold for my liking. The product is also compact and easy to store. All in all, I would recommend this product to those who are active (whether that be in the gym or playing sports) for mild relief!

I figuredthe cold of the massager would be rough.on.the skin. It wasn't. It actuallyfelt really good, especiallyon the muscles around my neck and shoulder. It helped relieve the tension in those areas. The size of the ball.surface is a great size. It didn't bother me that it was ice cold either. It stayed cold for at least a couple hours, I was really surprised that it retained the cold so well. That was a great feature.I would definitely recommend to anyone who uses massagers, its a great little product.
