I have tried 3 different Nars foundations with this primer. Makeup does not fix well, and transfers when touched by hands or clothes

So hydrating
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mist sets my whole makeup so well and locks it moisture. It feels so lightweight and soft on my skin. I also like to use in between my makeup for hydration.
