[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pan, it is so easy to cook with. It distributes heat evenly all around the pan, food truly does not stick to it, and it is very easy to clean. This pan is a true winner! I had one of the "green" pans before and I hated it. Everything stuck to it and the more I used it the worse the problems were. So I got rid of it and I'm in love this Le Creuset!

I’m old. In all my years on this planet I’ve never had a pan this good! The surface is the best non stick I’ve even had and it cooks beautifully!
Great non-stick pan. Melted cheese didn't even stick. Clean up is just wipe it out. Plus very good browning.
Wow this is incredible non stick pan. Cleans up easily and nothing can contaminate your food. Great heat distribution.
I was so excited to get this pan but I have found that when I need to fry a particular food, the oil collects around the edges instead of a nice even distribution of oil throughout the whole bottom of the pan. It frustrates me because then the center of this pan has no oil when you are frying.
