Evenflo Shyft Dualride Padded Travel Bag

Great padding and loved the shoulder and chest straps. Very easy to wear as a backpack. However, it was a very very tight fit and difficult to fit the car seat in the bag. Give yourself plenty of time at the airport to do it. Also, very disappointing that the base didn’t fit in the travel bag. This should be clearly noted on the product so it’s not a surprise. We took the base with us to the airport and had to break it apart and put it in the bag cover. Fortunately, my husband is a light packer and was able to put his bag inside the same bag so it would count as one carry on. However, it was extremely difficult to fit in the plane compartment and we almost had to check it. There should be enough room in the travel bag to fit the base with the car seat. The incentivized reviews that claim the base fits have clearly not traveled with the bag. Please make it clear somewhere on the packaging and/or on the website that the base does not fit in the bag so others don’t have the same issues at the airport.

If you have the Shyft DualRide car seat stroller combo this is a must have accessory! I have done many trips with my three little ones and wish I had this sooner! The bag fits perfectly and has just the right amount of padding to protect it while not adding tons of extra bulk. It is very easy to get the DualRide in and out of the bag, which is great when gate checking. The bag also has a card holder for your contact information and a mesh pocket to hold some essentials. Finally, the straps also include a chest clip allowing for maximum comfort when carrying. I wish I had more trips planned with my little one!

We fly as a family a few times a year, and lugging a carseat and stroller (among other baby items) can be a huge pain - on top of traveling with little ones who dont always cooperate! We were excited to see this bag and compare it to what we currently were using. Immediately upon opening the product, the padded travel bag looked and felt well built. The material seemed like it would hold up well and the padding made it seem like the carseat would be safe and comfortable for me to carry. The design of the bag was thoughtful as it has other areas of it for carrying more things and fits the shyft dualride perfectly. The black material and the look of the bag is about as sleek as you can have for this kind of purpose. Upon using the bag for travel, we found that it help up just as imagined. The bag was comfortable to carry around and protected our dualride well while flying. We would highly recommend this accessory if you fly once or more per year!

The stroller can easily slide in and its padding makes it extra comfortable and the cushion/ padding also serves as extra protection. I will never travel with out a bag- as one time I went thru checked the stroller and witnessed them throwing it and ultimately my stiller broke. It’s functional and easy to use. It does a good job of keeping your stroller safe and more importantly clean! This was complimentary from stellar products and I can’t want to see what other accessories come out for this stroller! As a family who loves to do summers in Europe this is a must have! we highly recommend it! The bag is also very spacious and fits both the car seat and the base easily! Can’t say enough good things about it!!

I love that you can also use it as a roller bag for the car seat, which is huge plus compared to a conventional travel bag that you have to carry over your shoulder. I find it impossible to navigate the airport while carrying a giant car seat bag on your back and juggling multiple kids but this product gives you options! It is super padded and just feels like superior quality so I have a peace of mind when I gate check a car seat. I’ve seen how car seats are handled when gate checked and having a good bag that will protect your car seat is super important to me. It is also really comfortable and since it fits the car seat just right it’s not sliding around making it difficult to carry (been there done that). I travel a lot with my kids, at least every other month, so I highly recommend this travel bag for any seasoned traveler. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a sleek addition to our Shyft Dualride carseat/stroller combo and is so nice for travel! We took a trip with our 9-month-old baby, and this cover made a huge difference compared to traveling without it. Last time I traveled, I collapsed the carseat at the gate and strapped some blankets around the edges of the seat. It was not pretty or convenient! This cover was so easy to use at gate check and gave me so much more peace of mind that everything would show up in one piece. It also added extra storage (we were able to stuff a blanket and small bag inside as well, which is especially nice when traveling with a budget airline that only allows small personal items. We didn't need to use the backpack feature this time around, but I can see it being extremely useful in the future, because the carseat with the wheels is very heavy.
