Old mattress pad had run its life. This new one is much better - softer, puffier, & we like it a lot.

Buy something else
This thing started out very fluffy which is what I needed and it’s been only a couple of months and it’s flat as a pancake. I REALLY wish I could return it! I expected more from the Hotel brand as all my sheet are this brand. I really feel that manufactures are getting very lazy. All I see is care tags that say to dry on low heat. This thing shrank even on low heat. Shame on you. Do your job and pre- shrink it before selling it.
