I loved this coat! It's soft, it's warm, the color is spectacular, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

3.5 stars. The style and the big lapels are cool. The burgundy is more of a rusty brown maroon than a true burgundy. It gives you a little bit of shape when you button it closed. Pockets are real. The faux fur is just ok. A good standard feeling plastic-y fur. It doesn't look or feel cheap, but I wouldn't go as far as saying it is plush or luxurious, or feels like real fur because it does not. There are better. I would not pay full price for this, but it's not bad.

This far exceeded my expectations! It’s a beautifully made coat, and the faux fur feels like real fur. It is plush and soft. And the coat really looks classy on me. I was slightly on the fence about buying it, so if you are similarly apprehensive,don’t hesitate. It’s a great price and I think you will be pleased with your purchase.

Need a printed return label, too small. Called and asked for one , but she did not understand my request. Can you send one to my address please

I was very disappointed with Macys shipping department because they sent me the wrong Fur Coat which i did not purchase i bought the coat in the store and was told they would ship it to me on Oct. 28th which i did not receive it i called they told me they would send it out on Oct. 30th received a text on Nov. 3rd asking me to rate the coat which i had not received so i again called Macy and they apologized and told me they would express the coat to me and i received it on Nov. 5th with no text telling me when it will be delivered and too my surprise when i opened the box it was the wrong coat so i called and they tried to tell me thats what i bought and i talked to the sale person and she reassured me they had the coat i purchased and i even had a picture of my coat that was sent to me to rate So my question to the shipping department which i spoke to Teresa was what happened to my coat that i purchased on October 20 until November 5th and why was i not told that they did not have the coat and didn't know if they shipped my coat too someone else by mistake or did someone take my coat I'm deeply hurt because when i saw the coat i said i have to get this coat it was an Anniversary present for my son to give to his wife the coat sent to me is brown and the coat i purchased was tan they told me to return the coat that i received and they would order me the coat again at the price i paid for it and ship it to me My son told me to keep the coat they sent me because their was no guarantee the same thing wouldn't happen again and i agreed I'm a very good customer of Macys but i was really disappointed and hurt and for that reason i gave it a poor rating and i hope this doesn't happen to anyone else
