Coleman 6-Person Cabin Camping Tent with Instant Setup

This is the worst tent I’ve ever used. Set up was easy and quick but I have never seen a tent leak so much. It does not have a separate rainfly and it leaks at every seam, zipper and window. It was actually dripping huge drops of water from the ceiling as well as pooling in the bottom of the tent. Not worth the convenience of easy set up if it leaks this bad with a light rain.

I bought this tent a year ago. Every time I camped before it didn’t rain. But last night I was camping and it started to rain and boy o boy the tent instantly started taking on water. I was going to upgrade to a bigger instant tent, thank god I didn’t. I’ve always owned Coleman….pictures available . disappointed-

This instant cabin tent is awesome! Very easy to put together, the poles are sturdy, it’s tall enough for my 6’7” husband to stand in and fits 2 queen air mattresses. It is heavy, but easy to carry since it fits in a carrying case. Most tents I’ve used it’s impossible to fit back in the bag it comes in, this one truly does which I appreciate! Wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again!

I have bought this and have used it for years!! Absolutely love this tent and it lasts a long time. Super easy set up and great size for camping trips with friends.

If you get this tent make sure the forecast is clear and don’t bring anything you’re not willing to be destroyed because this is an absolute joke of a “tent”. We got absolutely soaked our first time using it. If this tent isn’t waterproof/water resistant why on earth even make it a product? At least call it “Non-water proof instant tent”. The ease of set up doesn’t even out weigh the absolute disappointment of waking up at 4am absolutely drenched and all of our belongings ruined. This is a useless tent. Do not recommend and will never be purchasing Coleman again.

We bought this last summer and had it shipped directly to our daughter since we were flying to her and then traveling to 3 National parks. Set up and take down was incredibly easy but it did not withstand any rain. It was a slow, on and off rain, not any major storm. All mattresses and items were away from walls. Rain came in all seams and even directly through the material. Not fun trying to sleep and getting dripped on. It was too late to return it. I've had coleman tents before with no issues but was very disappointed in this tent. Not needing a separate rainfly was too good to be true. I shouldn't have to put a sealer on it either. She plans to use it again so I have ordered a separate rain fly to see if that works. But at this point, it would have been cheaper to rent a tent last summer. I'm hoping the rain fly works if she experiences rain.

Bought this tent cause it was gonna be a,easy-to-use one worst decision of my life leaked very bad in light rain water pooled on the top leaking inside there is pin holes all over it every seam leaked water and the zipper wont close without someone holding it while the other zips

I have owned my tent for 16 years and use it regularly. The tent is still in good shape, still waterproof with regular water proofing. Like most tents wind driven rain can find its way in. When staked out in strong winds, its held up. Coleman dod a great job with this tent. I usually sleep myself on solo hunting and fishing trips or hords of kids and grand kids on weekends. After 16 years the floor has gotten thin in areas. I going to buy another one for sure.

I couldn't believe how big this tent was and the space it contained. The doors are easy to access and the tent is durable, it withstood a windy rain storm that came out of nowhere . Super easy to fold up and move and maintaining it is a breeze. Possibly the best tent that I ever purchased. The cost was manageable also.

Super simple set up and very spacious! Love that it is light weight and portable. I get super hot when I sleep and it was breathable and kept me cool all night.
