Wasn't totally sure at first, but this one really surprised me. On the higher setting it cools way past the room it's in — reaching spots I didn't expect. I've been through a few of these and nothing else compares. The readout takes a second to get used to, but you catch on fast and it's a non-issue. Really happy with it and would buy again.
Setup was smooth for me, but I'll be honest — I do this for a living, so it's not really a quick weekend job for the average homeowner. You'll need the right tools to do it right. Once it was in, it cooled the room down fast and handled humidity even better than I expected, all at a great price. My wife isn't sold on the look, but she'll come around once we're sitting comfortable while it's brutal outside. Would definitely recommend it — just know it's not plug-and-play. Running it from my phone is a nice bonus too, even if that took a little patience to set up.
