Duralex Manhattan Tumbler - 7 3/8 Oz. - Set Of 6

I am waiting to receive glasses. I have seen them in person and they are very nice. I am incredibly upset with Macy’s shipping. I ordered glasses and another item. They were shipped separately. No problem. One item received but glasses not delivered. Tracking shows: As requested by the sender, the package is being returned. Contact the sender for additional information. / The package will be returned to the sender. Called Macy’s. No explanation and reordered glasses. 2nd shipment same thing occurred. Both shipments sent via UPS (United Parcel Service) to a US Postal Service Post Office Box. WHY??? I am guessing arrangements were not made for UPS to deliver to Post Office. Just placed a 3rd order and specified to send via USPS and not UPS. Fingers crossed. Don’t know why 2nd shipment sent the same way. I am also upset that 3rd order is expected to be delivered in 13 days on April 16. This is a full month from initial order. If Macys cannot carry items in the store then 1) please learn how to ship merchandise properly and 2) please consider situation and make amends with faster shipping when failing 2 out of 3 shipments.
