Really dissapoitned

I had been eyeing this sweater for a while. It runs small and the one shipped to me had a hole in the seam of the turtle neck out of the package. Further, gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it on. I ordered the 14-16, fitted like a bad 12. Turtle neck was super tight as well. Quality was not as expected in that other items from this brand were superior. Returning asap.
