Sony Alpha 7 III 4K Full Frame Mirrorless Digital Camera

I bought this month ago and i'm happy using it. Satisfied!

I bought my camera 2 weeks ago and finally had the opportunity to go out and use this week. The Sony A7III is a very good companion, compared to my previous camera, the A7II, there are quite a few enhancements for me that made the decision worth investing. First, the battery, with my old camera I needed to carry 3 batteries for a full day of shooting. With this one, after a full day, it was still on 75% capacity. That was a relieve for me, not worrying about taking a long exposure shot and hoping my battery don’t die during. Another great functionality are the large amount of focus points I can use during long exposure or simple street photography. And of course, the shutter speed, which is double compared to the Sony A7II. Shooting action pictures and processing these for the next burst is remarkable. In all, even after just one day, I’m absolutely delighted with my new Sony A7III.

The camera is super sharp even with the kite lens. The major let-down, is 1st/ No charger for the battery (which doesn't last that long at all) so the second thing I got was a new lens, 2nd/ The instruction book not overly great with information about the camera. I am new to Sony after being a Canon shooter for 25+ years and Sony are totally different to the camera I have left.... But I know once I get sorted and start getting out more with the camera I know I will enjoy it a lot

I buy it for shoot jawelry and i like everything about it include fast for focus,that is important to me.

Sony Alpha 7 III is still one of the best value full-frame cameras today. It delivers excellent image quality, strong low-light performance, fast and reliable autofocus, and impressive battery life. Many photographers and videographers still use it for weddings, portraits, sports, and cinematic content. Although the menu system feels outdated and the screen is not fully articulating, the overall performance remains highly reliable. For its price, the A7III continues to be a solid choice for both beginners and professionals.

Sure it is a good camera, I am a novice, just learning, new interest

Acquired from Photoworld 2026, price gap was huge from a7IV, had to settle for this, didnt realize Sony Creators App did not support a7iii, resorted to wired tethering, anyhow, matching this with budget FF Lens from Viltrox 85MM F1.4 Pro sets an amazing experience for me to start with Sony mirrorless camera journey.

I bought this camera last month for my start up videography business and it has outperformed its price already. Videos are incredible quality. Photos are crisp.

I very love the colour result. The best camera ever.

I purchased this camera to go with a 200-600 lens for wildlife shooting. What a superb setup. Does everything I need fast focus tracking is amazing and image quality is superb.
