I never received the product
The delivery marc the product as delivered but i already call to customer service of Macy's and the representative told me that appears like non received. So he send a email to the seller because I didn't know was a 3rd party seller and the seller answer the email not to solve the problem but he just told me I must check in my mail box. I answer back and told him that I already check in there and i didn't received nothing. So now I just waiting for the seller or Macy's to find a solution for this situation. Im so disappointed with this experience because I brought that tuxedo because I have a event on September and now idk what's going to happen if I dont solve this soon

The fit
I originally ordered the 40R X 34W but the suit does run small and I had to return it. I ordered the next size up, 42R X 36W and it fit well. My advice for this product is to order a size up from your regular size.
The color and material are very nice.

Low Quality Bad Fit Avoid
I was hopeful when purchase but knew it wasnt good immediately after trying it on. Fabric is low quality, and the fit/measurement is way off. Like at least 2 or 3 sizes off. Would definitely avoid. Customer service from this 3rd party wasnt helpful either.

L Sleeves Not Long
Great looking suit, however the 40L that I ordered the sleeves weren’t actually long. If the standard fit works for you probably worth considering

mis sized
I ordered 36R for an event. when I received the product the size was extremely small. I only put on the suit coat and could see the pants were in no way going to fit. My event is in a week and I don't trust the size even if I were to request a replacement. I am left with the sad reality of buying another suit while requesting a refund. I'm not happy and will not be buying online from Macy's in the future.
