I purchased these 14K gold-plated bracelets about three months ago and have only worn them around four times. They are already completely faded, and the gold color is coming off, leaving a silver color underneath. I’m very disappointed with the quality. After only a few uses, they should not look like this. I would not recommend these bracelets. Very poor quality for the price.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. It has only been one month since I bought this gold and Diamond items, and the gold color has already completely faded. The jewelry has turned grayish-white, which is not what I would expect from genuine gold. This experience makes me question whether the claims about both the gold and the diamond are accurate. Based on the poor quality, I also suspect the company is aware of these issues, which may explain why their return policy does not allow worn items to be returned. By the time a customer discovers the problem, they are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange. I bought this as a gift for my mother, and I feel embarrassed and deeply disappointed that something meant to be special turned out to be of such poor quality. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller. My selection of one star is only because there is no option to give a lower rating.

I bought these bangles for my mother for Christmas and when I saw her for Mother's Day, the gold finish had completely faded! So disappointed!

These bracelets just didn’t seem worth the money. Even the sale price. To me they just looked a little cheesy and the clasps didn’t work well at all. Returned.
