I ordered for the third time a pensant, the first one was wrongly delivered, the second one, never was received (misplaced? stole?) I don't know, but never got my hands. Called Macy's, their response was, nothing could be done, because it was a third-party vendor and UPS showed the package delivered, to whom? to whom? I don't know, but it was not me. Third time, I ordered different unexpensive pendant but looked really nice. I get my delivery and instead of the pendant, they were a pair of earrings in it, even though, the sleep inside said zirconia pendant. How frustrating, I tried to order this thing to be picked up in the store, to no avail. USP swap already twice packages for me this week. And now, the company sends me a pair of earrings instead of the pendant. Like the UPS lady told me, well. we are human and make mistakes, but lately, just this week, I have been the target of five mistakes!

The size is not listed, its 16 in . It doesn't fit around my neck
I think your pictures make the necklaces look a lot larger than they are. the so called medallion is so small you can't tell what it is, and the chain is so thin I'm sure it will break in no time!
