Villeroy & Boch Cellini Individual Salad Bowl

I love it so nice to use it you can use for anything medium size

These are a nice size for cereal, soup, or a side salad. They are a soft white, not a bright white.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these dishes. They are my kitchen dishes, but nice enough to use for dinner parties. I also like that replacements are available. My one disappointment is that I broke my large vegetable bowl and have not been able to find a replacement.

The whole Cellini set is very beautiful. It can stand up to very formal table settings with grace and understated elegance, and yet is so convenient in that It is perfectly dishwasher safe. I love that each different piece has its own embossed pattern - very lovely. The shapes of the serving pieces are striking. I have collected a service for 10 in all the pieces. We use it daily ourselves, but we also at times use it for guests as well. It makes quite a stunning table.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks so elegant yet simple so i love how it looks but the edges are thinner than i thought it would be so im worried about them breaking easily. Only time will tell~but they are beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These dishes are lovely to look at but sadly the quality is not good. They show deep knife scratches, in addition to marks from forks and spoons. I have used them for less then a month and already all this damage. I would return my sets but do not have the boxes. Such a disappointment.

i purchased the cellini salad dish....several of them. i have this size in the french garden pattern as well. it's a great pasta bowl for those times you want a bit of pasta instead of a dinner portion. of course, it makes a perfect soup bowl as well. it's a versatile size.

I bought 2 of the catering sets of this pattern when Bloomingdales had a special. This was such a unique find because each set was a service for six consisting of a dinner plate, side plate and a soup plate ( not a bowl) The colour is an creamy ivory white with a very subdued pattern that can adapt to any table setting from casual to formal.

Sorry to inform you that the ONE salad dish I ordered to replace a broken one, was NOT satisfactory! The dish you sent has a HEAVY glaze on the rim which obstructs the design. It is nothing like my other dishes which have a glaze that still allows the design to show. I will be returning it shortly, as I was busy over the holidays. I would like you to replace it with one that DOES allow the rim design to show through. Thank you for your understanding. Otherwise, I very much enjoy my Cellini dishes.

I put these dishes on my wedding registry and received two sets of the 24-piece set. I love the look of these. Unfortunately, they scratch incredibly easily. Every time we use any utensil, knife, fork, spoon, on these dishes they gain a new scratch. I have only had the dishes for 3 months. They cost hundreds of dollars. This should not be happening. Now I have to somehow schlep these all to Bloomingdales and return them.
