But they were not worn out at all! I am so excited to have a brand new set. It's crazy, you'd think Oneida would lose money because you don't have to replace these for over a decade!!! The picture attached is after one full month of use and dishwasher washing.

The pieces sit comfortably in our hands, and feel light. Actually, they weigh a touch more than our old set, but they seem lighter! We’ve been reluctant to use a new set, as we love the one we got when we were first married (despite the missing pieces and more than 30 years). This set has changed our view on that, and we will be making this our primary silverware. They have excellence in both form and function, and we’re really happy with this set! Very highly recommend!
