I had ordered a ps5 1TB but instead received a PS5 848GB that barely works at the price of a 1TB PS5. The advertisement stated that they’re selling this type of PS5 but didn’t send it after purchase. Also it doesn’t stay on for more than 5 minutes cause it’s saying that it’s over heating and has to cool down before starting up again. Horrible service and customer care. Don’t shop here

I bought this product because it was a great deal for the holidays! But soon after making the purchase I read the reviews for other buyers and saw a ton of negative reviews. I was hoping that those reviews would not be the same case for me, but unfortunately it was. No communication from the vendor, when you call it goes straight to voicemail and you will not receive a call back, you will never receive your product. I ordered my during the holidays and did not receive my product or any legitimate updates on the holdup with my product. Seems like they were just pushing back the delivery until you forgot about the product so they can keep your money. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Do not buy from this seller. Apparently, I wasn't the only one scammed. I ordered a PS5 and never received it. I've called numerous times to ask for information and haven't received a response. I've been trying to get a refund for over 30 days, and no one can help me. It's become a huge headache, and the most frustrating part is thinking I might lose my money. Please, don't make the same mistake I did.

It say it has 1tg and it doesn’t only came with 800 storage. Make sure before buying.

This process felt risky because of all negative comments but ended up receiving ps5 super fast and came in great condition

Bought this as a Father’s Day gift and it was perfect!! Don’t listen to the other reviews the seller shipped fast!
